Taste Our Besttaste-best

How we taste our best: Here at The Radhuni, we take pride in using quality produce and showcasing some of the best local and Scottish Food producers in the food we prepare combined with traditional indian flavours . Scotland’s food and drink comes from unspoilt habitats and varied weather, which are perfect for producing a wide variety of high quality fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meat and much more.

Below is a summary of the provenance of the produce used in our menus, where possible and in season.

Meat

We use Campbell’s prime meat as our supplier.

The lamb comes from the upland areas of the Highlands and Aberdeenshire.

Our free range chicken is armed at Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire.

Fruit & Vegetables

Our Fruit and vegetables our mostly sourced from a local Edinburgh grocer who use the following farms:

  • Charleton farm – Dundee
  • Yondteron Farm – Lanarkshire
  • Tombreck Farm shop – Perthshire.

Dairy

Our milk, cream and yoghurt comes from Grahams family dairy of Bridge of Allan. The Graham family have been dairy farming for over 70 years
