We are delighted to announce we have won Chef of the Year at the Scottish Curry Awards 2018! The awards took place earlier tonight at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.
The award went to Ashok Ram, our Head Chef. Ashok has previously won Chef of the Year for Scotland and Northern Ireland at the Bangladeshi Caterers Association in 2012.
Ashok has been trained by Matin Khan who runs our sister restaurant, Itihaas, in Dalkeith. Matin himself won Curry Chef of the Year at the awards in 2014!
