Midlothian restaurant enters world Top Ten – The Radhuni in Loanhead has been named one of the top 10% of restaurants in the world for customer satisfaction.
Global travel guidance platform Tripadvisor this week presented the 120 seat Indian-Bangladeshi restaurant in Clerk Street with its Travellers’ Choice Award for receiving consistently excellent guest reviews over the past 12 months. Only a tenth of those listed on the worldwide portal are given the accolade.
Congratulating Radhuni on its Award, Tripadvisor’s Chief Growth Officer John Boris commented: “The travel resurgence we’ve seen over the past year has heightened competition in the hospitality industry even further. This achievement shows you have consistently provided a great experience to those who matter most – your customers.
“With changing guest expectations, continuing labour challenges and rising costs, this is no easy feat.”
Managing Partner of Radhuni Habibur Khan thanked customers who had posted their compliments on Tripadvisor and added: “Our team is proud to have been given such consistently high ratings by such a prestigious global organisation. It’s the latest evidence of our focus on quality in everything we do.”
