You may have heard about the recent news from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) on “Food Fraud”, “Lamb being substituted by other meat products”.
Sourcing our meat used in our dishes is something we take very seriously at The Radhuni and we would just like to confirm to our diners that whichever meat dish your order, then that meat is what we will serve you!
The Radhuni has also taken part in the Food Hygiene Information Scheme which is run in Scotland in partnership with the Food Standards Agency. We are proud to say that The Radhuni has achieved an acceptable level of compliance with food hygiene law.
