Scotland Connected reporting on our Head Chef Ashok Ram’s Chef of the Year win at the Scottish Curry Awards!
Ashok Ram, Head Chef from ‘The Radhuni’ Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant in Edinburgh’s Loanhead, won Chef of the Year at the Scottish Curry Awards in April 2018.
The Curry King scooped up this award at the awards show in Glasgow, naming him the best in the business for Scottish curry. This isn’t a first for Ram, as he adds this title to his previous honours, including Chef of the Year for Scotland and Northern Ireland at the Bangladeshi Caterers Association (2012).
